Initially I went with a size 42 that turned out to be a tad too big. With just a few days to spare before the event, they were able to exchange it for a size 40 in the same tartan. Both shipments came in about 2 days after I had ordered them, and they were very responsive when I contacted them asking about the exchange. I'm used to specialty stores like this taking a while to turn around on orders, but Highland was fast, affordable and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If you are there for then three minutes someone will come and offer you help. The other day I was waiting for an item and had three employees come offer to help me. It is this attention to customer service that keeps me wanting to go back to this family run business. The selection is huge for a "small town" hardware store, it rivals what you can find at the big box stores, but with a much more personal touch. I walk in and people remember my name, and even ask about how my projects I have worked on have turned out. So if you are looking for great selection, great prices, and by far the best customer service anywhere stop in and check them out.
