They were busy but greeted us right away and invited us to look around. They have exactly what we needed and at a great price. Two custom-sized metal screens for $60. Kevin Woo was courteous and even though there were others waiting, walked the screens out to our car to make sure they fit. He also wrapped them up so they won't scratch my trunk. We wanted to have a bar top made in stainless steel so emailed to see if they could do this. Response was quick and said they could certainly help with this. I proceeded to send in my drawings with all measurements. This was on June 19, 2018. I called on July 3rd, because I hadn't heard anything. He said they must have missed my email, I told him what date I sent it, he looked and found it. He said he would send for a quote and get back to me within a few days. Four days later, I hadn't heard anything again, so I called them. He said he was still waiting for another quote and told me that he doesn't think they can do it! I only wish they had told me this at the beginning, I would have sourced it from someone else. Customer Service is about setting the expectation in which they failed to do in this situation.
