The guy behind the counter asked us why we didn't drop it off at the back. Pardon? You want it dropped off some place specific, put up some signage, instead of depending on ESP. Seriously. The repair was fine. Customer Service was mediocre. Pricing was in line with other places from what I know. The lawnmower works. Would I return: Unlikely. I'll look for a place that knows how to use signs to their advantage. Would I recommend: Unlikely.

Brought lift back within allotted time. With a small ding on fender I was expecting a charge for damage but owner was kind enough to let it go.
