Prescription pills have their place, but when a healthy lifestyle change, natural supplements, and being mindful about what you eat (definitely not the foods you suggested) can possibly fix the issue, have a conversation with the patient! He has given me several referrals, and they were excellent too. His office is very clear that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your actual appt time or you will have to reschedule. I have never been late and his office runs smoothly therefore; no long wait times after you get there. His nurse and staff are always helpful. I do not think he is seeing new patients now, but call and ask.

My medical records not be sent to her I went into Jessica Hills's office on my knees begging for help. Oh she pushed some pills at me that's for sure. I have no problem with that because quite frankly, I don't think I would survive this without them right now but mental health is what I'm reaching out for and they will not help me. Do not go there. The PA/NP (not sure which one she is)never examined me, neither did Dr. O'Donnell when I saw her at a previous visit. This last visit I was charged $105 because I did not have health insurance. I had one prescription that needed to be renewed in September. Long story short first I was told I needed additional labs before she would renew my rx, I agreed. Now I am being told she will not renew it until I see her in Feb. Which will leave me two months short. All I asked for was a refill for one year, she refused. I couldn't refill is at the apppointment becauses it is only good for year. Would not recommend any one she her.
