I had a business for six months where I rented a small space at a local Antique and Flea Market. I…read morewent to "Insurance Centers Inc" and purchased ERIE insurance on the space in the event someone would fall and hurt him or herself. The "Commercial Producer" sold me the insurance with the understanding that I wanted it for either three or six months only. She instructed me to simply pay only the invoices that applied. Once my payments ceased, the insurance would cancel. I just got thru having to pay an amount more than what was originally agreed and I was notified by a collection agency that my account was way over due. Every notification I received had a different amount so I wrote to the collection agency, Erie's president, and to Insurance Centers Inc. asking them to get together and figure out if I really did owe them anything and notify me with a final statement. I apologized for any misunderstanding between me and the Insurance Centers representative even though I thought the terms to be clear and simple. The only response I received was from a representative to the Erie President saying I needed to pay the deliquent amount of $3.02. In my correspondence, I asked Insurance Centers to contact me and verify my credit rating was not effected as a result of all these intimidating and confusing invoices BUT they never bothered to contact me. If I ever have another business I will NEVER consider ERIE as my insurance provider. I never had to file a claim with them while I was in business but can you imagine how chaotic it would have been if need be? And for "Insurance Centers Inc" , not my business anymore, not my respect, and definitely not my recommendation.

After being a loyal State Farm customer for over a decade, I never imagined I would have to write a…read morereview like this. The way my claim has been handled has been absolutely unacceptable. I have experienced horrible customer service, virtually no communication or collaboration, dozens of phone calls, last-minute adjuster cancellations, and an apparent complete lack of respect for both the customer and the contractors trying to complete the work. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing answers, making calls, leaving messages, and trying to get different people within State Farm to communicate with each other. The local State Farm office has provided zero meaningful assistance in getting this resolved. The most frustrating part? The damage STILL has not been fixed. After more than 10 years of faithfully paying for insurance, when I actually needed State Farm to step up and help, I have been left feeling like I am on my own. Contractors are being left to deal with unnecessary obstacles, adjuster appointments are being canceled at the last minute, communication is inconsistent, and no one seems willing to take ownership of the situation. I could write paragraphs about everything that has gone wrong, but the bottom line is simple: I needed my insurance company to help resolve a claim, and State Farm has repeatedly failed to do so. This isn't about expecting special treatment. It's about expecting the basic level of customer service, communication, professionalism, accountability, and respect that any paying customer should receive. For a company that has had my business for more than a decade, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I trusted State Farm to be there when I needed them. Instead, I have spent weeks fighting to get someone to simply do their job. Jake from State Farm may be there when you need him -- but apparently nobody is there when you need your claim actually resolved. State Farm, this needs to be addressed. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking you to communicate, take ownership, work with the contractors, and get the damage fixed.

All my questions were answered patiently and a prescription was waiting for me on my way home at my preferred pharmacy. I appreciated the doctor's approach, which included addressing each of my concerns respectfully and also offering additional information relevant to my questions. Much better experience there than Med Express, which I've been two a couple of times.

I went to their psychiatry office back in January to set up an appointment. When I spoke to the…read morewoman to set up the appointment I informed her I was already diagnosed with bipolar disorder II and needed to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist to try to start on medications. She asks why, and I tell her my behavioral and mood problems have always been mild, so I managed without for the longest time (had it for 13 years already) and use coping skills to deal with that, but I started having hallucinations at night and my symptoms (irritability, insomnia, etc) have been worsening as I'm getting older. I also had questions about insurance and, looking up my insurance or at least acting like she was, she informed me I'd only have the copay and my insurance was going to cover the rest for the appointment. I set the appointment. It only took a month (everywhere else I tried had a waiting list), and I had my sit down with who I believed was a psychiatrist, as that's who the front desk woman told me my appointment was with. At the end of the hour of questioning, the "doctor" I was speaking to told me I'm NOT bipolar, but that I have depression with symptoms of mania (essentially what bipolar II is)...But calling my problems a different name really doesn't make them go away. She tells me I need to take medication (mind you, she doesn't answer ANY of my questions, doesn't even acknowledge that I HAVE questions, every time I asked a question she changes the subject and asked something else), and then asks if I want to set up an appointment see a psychiatrist. Upon expressing my confusion, she clarifies with "Oh I'm a counselor. Most people know that when they come in for their appointment." If someone sets up an appointment with a psychiatrist, are being told they'll being talking to a psychiatrist, then that's who they expect to talk to...a psychiatrist. Oh well. It was only $50 wasted I thought, except now (4 months later) I have a bill for over $300 from them because apparently my insurance DIDN'T cover that little meeting. My experience with them was very unprofessional and to be honest, you're frankly better off on a waiting list somewhere (ANYWHERE) else.
