Just had my car fixed there for oil leaks. These guys don't deliver what they promise and will find all excuses to charge you. Paid $600+ over what they quoted due to a new leak that surprised them only a day after! And found a new leak on the same day that services were performed! (Have invoices to prove)
Promised all leaks sources would be checked and fixed - NOT DONE. Turned out they only checked one obvious point of leak.
Promised test drive after the fixes to see if there're further leaks - NOT DONE. Turned out only engine was turned on running for a bit.
No update from technician at agreed times, even after request for callback! - Never called back. "We'll work on it and call you back at 14:00" what a joke.
Changed agreed fix timeframe twice within 2 days without any courtesy call to notify me.
Result:
1. Still (minor) oil leaks
2. Paid $600+ over what they originally quoted
3. Had obvious leak on the same day of service completion, had to go back the second day and paid hundreds more to fix a problem they "didn't notice".
4. 5+ Repeated calls just to get a callback after technician failed to provide update at agreed times, over two days.
I was fooled by the first impressions when they greeted me in, but learnt my lessons and wont be using their services again. read more
