But for me, I'm fine with whoever cuts my hair because I know they will do a great job. The also offer beard trims with a straight razor. Any wait time was always worth it. The barbers were good at their job and friendly, and the price was very fair. You may now be noticing that I am using the past tense, however. I am no longer aware of the quality of this location because I have not been able to actually get service there. I have gone twice in two months - on days and at times when their website claims that they are open for business - and both times, the store was closed. There is no list of operating hours on the door, so that's no help. There is no notice saying that they're having renovations or something like that. Calling the listed number gives no response. They're just...not open. What's going on? Have they changed their days of operation? Is the location shut down? The website certainly doesn't give an answer, and I can't get in touch with anybody who could give me an answer. And before anyone says 'covid', we're now on year two of the pandemic - there is no excuse for not updating your website with accurate store hours, or at least having them posted on the door. The only conclusion that I can draw is that they just don't want my money. Which is fine. Like I said, I have alternatives that are much closer to me, and while those alternatives are not quite as good as this Renegade location USED to be for me, at least those alternatives actually, you know, exist. I don't get a lot of time off, so wasting two separate drives was a huge pain. I won't be making that mistake again. It is a shame.

Well, I think that the less hair that you have means the more you have to make sure that it is cut perfectly the first time as there isn't much for a do over. Every hair counts. That's why I only trust my hair to Marion at renegade. She is fantastic. At my first visit she carefully listened to how I wanted my hair cut and asked a number of questions. And since that time, which is now going on almost 4 years, she has cut my hair perfectly every time. She keeps the hair on my head looking trim and neat. She also trims my beard and it comes out looking sharp every time. With Marion you get someone who has had both salon experience and barber experience, so she's likely seen and cut it all. And her French accent is delightful to listen to So if you are looking for someone to regularly cut your hair (I go every month), Marion is there person to see at Renegade.
