Then I decided to try PC Richard & Son, and I'm so glad I did. When I called the Bay Ridge location, Mr. B answered the phone. I explained what had happened, and he couldn't have been nicer. He told me he could order me the same unit at the same price, and installation would be no problem. They even offered the same 0% financing option. The whole process was easy. I ordered the unit over the phone in about 15 minutes. PC Richard & Son sent two teams: one to make sure the washer/dryer would fit down my stairs and into the closet, and another for installation. Albert, a Licensed Master Plumber, and his colleague Christian installed my gas dryer quickly and correctly. They were professional and friendly and did a great job. Couple days after installation, Mr. B called to tell me the unit I bought had just gone on sale and that he was refunding my credit card $54.44. I have never had a store call me on their own to give me a refund after a sale. That really impressed me. Mr. B, you are the best. You've earned a customer for life.
