I went into T-Mobile by myself, just to inquire about prices, plans, and how to switch over. It is so unfortunate that most people who work in sales do not explain information clearly, lie, or omit information. I am a very stern customer because I have been through enough experiences to confirm all information provided. The first couple of times I visited here was for T-Mobile Tuesdays to pick up free items. Both times they claimed to not have any left but I went later in the afternoon and the store was completely empty. I assume either T-Mobile only sends like 10 items or the employees stole them all. But who knows. I stopped attempting after that. Again when I visited, it was later in the afternoon and the store was empty. I inquired about everything I needed to know and the staff were very helpful and provided the information I was seeking. That was a good start for me. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay off my phone to switch over, if I wanted to keep the older phone. I was really liking the newest model and decided to talk my husband into also getting a new phone. They had the BOGO deal but of course it is not as cut and dry as a supermarket BOGO deal lol. It still does not make sense to me but they provide credits or whatever each month. We looked at our options and decided to go for it. We still had some questions regarding pricing. We are from the era without all this technology so the amount of money these businesses want for products, is ridiculous and not necessary to us. I made the decision and off we went on a Friday night. The place was packed! There were only 3 or 4 employees working but they were all busy. The guy who was helping us, was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. It sucked because we were there for almost 2 hours but these phones take way longer to update and transfer than in the past. Plus, we picked out cases and our guy talked us into glass protectors for our screens. Even though screen was cracked on my husband's older phone, he was still able to trade it in. I traded mine in as well. We wanted to save as much money as possible. We were fortunate that everything worked out without any obstacles and did not need to return to the store.

I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience at Talk N Fix in The Falls…read more I brought my Samsung phone in because the back cover was only slightly detached. They charged me $50 to replace it, but instead of using an original Samsung back, they installed what appeared to be a cheap aftermarket replacement without clearly informing me. When they handed me the phone back, we didn't have a chance to inspect it because the employee quickly asked my daughter for the phone case and immediately put it on. Later that same day, the new back cover started coming off. The repair didn't even last a few hours. The next day I returned and asked for a refund because the repair was obviously defective. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He laughed at me, spoke with a sarcastic attitude, and flatly refused to refund my money. What shocked me the most was when he said that any review I leave wouldn't hurt his business because he has been there for a long time. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Paying for a repair that fails the same day and then being treated with arrogance and disrespect is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honest service, quality repairs, and basic respect for customers.
