This was one of the worst repair experiences I have ever had. I brought in my iPhone 14 for a screen replacement. I was offered two options: a $99 screen and a more expensive one. Because this is an older phone and I only wanted a functional replacement, I chose the $99 option. At no point was I told that the cheaper screen would be poorly fitted, noticeably blurry, or potentially cause overheating issues. After the repair, the screen was sticking up above the frame and was not properly aligned with the phone. It looked unfinished and even made it difficult to use a phone case. A budget screen is one thing; poor workmanship is another. The display quality is terrible. Text and images are blurry, and the screen is nowhere near the quality of the original display. Even worse, the phone now gets extremely hot during charging and normal use. This never happened before the repair. When I returned to discuss these problems, the technician's attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, he repeatedly said, "You only paid $99." That response is unacceptable. $99 is still money that customers work hard to earn. Paying $99 does not give a business the right to provide a poorly fitted screen, poor display quality, overheating issues, and then dismiss legitimate customer concerns. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. If the $99 option comes with significant compromises, customers should be clearly informed before the repair. Had I known the result would be a screen that doesn't fit properly, looks blurry, and causes the phone to run hot, I would never have agreed to it. I went back hoping to find a solution. Instead, I was met with excuses and pressure to spend even more money. Replaced my front & back screen on my iPhone 14 pro max ,the front glitches like crazy i have to be on wifi for it to work and my battery never died on me and now it does! My guess is they replaced my battery as well for a worst one ,worst place to go! My screen is not on correctly as well. Save your money and go somewhere else for your phone to get repaired! I came here in hopes of my iPhone being repaired. I left with unsatisfactory work and my phone and being in worse damage. I requested to have a conversation with the "manager" who took my phone and told me it would be fixed within a day and he refused to talk with me. I had to call to the store several times until I got a resolution. That resolution was a discount on a phone case lol. This place sucks. Go somewhere else if you need drastic help. read more

I really love this computer it's old but still works great! I ordered my own battery and tried to replace it myself I couldn't even get past getting the back cover off. Called around to a few places because all I needed was the labor. Other places I had to make an appointment or was charging $90-$110 just to put my own battery in it. Mind you I did most of the work already I.e., taking screws out lol! Called iFixit911, they told me come right in no appointment and had me out in less than 5 mins for only $39 bucks. Of course I tipped them because they deserved it. We laughed together in that short time they made me feel comfortable and safe in their store. Will def be back to get my computer some regular maintenance from them! Thank you guys so much!!! They were great. I went in to see if they could fix the LCD screen on my camera and they were able to! I left it with them, they said it wouldn't be done until March 30th because of how long it would take to get the piece they needed to fix it. I was fine with that. Yes, they will fix your devices but they are rip off. I was once told that my laptop LCD needs to be replaced and it will be 79.99 plus labor. Okay cool , but then I learned that I can buy it online for 35.00. I informed them , then I came with the LCD and all of suddenly it was not the LCD it was the digital lighting( something like that) I soon learned once I left. I was not giving a chance to order a new piece because they so called already order the replacement. I was informed that the price was 179.99 including labor. I came in to collect my laptop and learned that it was 200 with taxes. I personally think the technician should have included all the fees. What if I didnot have extra cash with me. Very inconvenient. I end up paying 200.00 for a laptop I bought for 300.00; do not forget the LCD that I bought for no reason. read more

I needed the hard drive replaced on my iMac along with a reinstall of OSX. I found them through Yelp and decided to give them a shot because they were close by. Their pricing was very, very fair, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and made the service as easy as possible. I got my machine back within a day and is working very well. I was pleasantly surprised of the quick turn around. I went their to get my data backed on an external hard drive that I own . When I check my hard drive my info was not on the hard drive,I paid for that I went there to get my data backed up on an external hard drive that I own. I made sure to check if it was working before I came to their shop . When I check my hard drive it did not have any of the data from the laptop computer on the hard drive, I paid $105.99 for them to back-up my data and they did not do it. And on top of that after i picked up my computer my charger to my computer stopped working. I wasn't going to address it but because I had to go back to their shop to address my storage issues that I paid money for and had to take time from my work to try resolve the issues which is costing time and money. I just want the charger to be replaced. They refused to replace my charger. Instead they told me they can give me a discount to compensate me for not doing the task i paid for and breaking my charger. When I went back for them to recover my data, the worker had my work saved on his computer. I do not recommend them. read more
