I have been in several Metro PCS locations lately and found there are some differences in the stores. So after doing a bit of research found that there are random stores and corporate stores, prices and specials can vary at each I was going to be doing business at the later. This location is a "corporate" being that Metro PCS decides what specials and price changes are to be made not some random owner trying to stuff his pockets with my hard earned cash. What had I been waiting for, well a birdie told me last month that soon my model of android was going to need to be turned in. Metro had merged with another company that doesn't use the same sim card, for the inconvenience Metro was giving a $50.00 credit and waiving $15.00 transfer fee. Do the math makes sense right ? Today was time to turn it in the battery was burning up to quickly, loosing it's charge and pissing me off. Last week I had gone on line and looked at two different phones.one being the LG F60 after arrived found it had dropped from last weeks price by $50.00 Woop Woop. I got a case and was on my way for less than $ 22.00. Glad I did my homework. read more

I have been a customer of Metro for over a year, on July I went to a Metro store and purchased a new phone. I was not told that it would be locked for 180 days. My old phone worked on all the towers in my area. Now I can't make or receive calls. I have been on the phone(land line) with them 6 times and they refuse to unlock it. I'am supposed to pay the bill for 180 days with no service then they will give me a credit for the time not used. Outrageous! I doubt that is going to happen. Beware before you consider Metro by TMobile. read more

I went in last weekend to purchase my daughters first cell phone!!! I was greeted with a smile and "welcome" from all the personnel. Shantal, one of the stores associates assisted me in purchasing and choosing the right plan and phone for my daughter. It was a straight-forward no hassle purchase. The customer service was spot on. Good service without spending a lot of money on a contract. Sales associate's are friendly and knowledgeable. Only wish they had more of a phone selection. Ever since Christmas of 2014 my husband and I have been having trouble with making calls. Every 2 months we would have to go to the store and fill out a customer service problem, our phones would have reception everywhere except from our home. The phone would not place an outgoing call and we couldn't even make a 911 emergency call. Our neighbors were having the same trouble as we were. Unfortunately it got to the point that we had to get a new phone carrier service. read more

I was very displeased with the service I received on my visit today. First of all, we were sent to this location from the Buford location bc they said this location has more access to documents they don't have. My mother and I have been stressing about collecting all documents from 2014 for our audit and when we went in the store and talked to the manager, she was very apathetic. Not only apathetic but unmotivated and rude. We asked for the documents and she said the system only goes back 3 months. Ok fine. So we ask for her write a letter stating certain information. The letter did not include a damn thing we told her to put. So we wasted our time, got half ass service and now we're back to square one. I'll be sure to direct all of my friends and family to go ANYWHERE else except this location. I would hate for anyone I know to get the half ass service like we did. read more

How oh how to write this review? On the one hand, I bought my first MetroPCS phone, a very basic one (no camera!), some 16 months ago because I needed a non-contract cell service and $39/mo. was just right. Never a problem with access or use. Then, my duties as associate pastor began to require more text messaging to coordinate with other church members. The mysteries of texting on a nonQWERTY keypad began to demand coordination, speed, and eyesight that an old guy lacks. So, I ordered a phone from MPCS via their website. 30 days later, no new phone and my feathers are mighty ruffled because I can't talk to a human being who can help me. I decided that I would come to this company owned store to present my displeasure. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes (holiday crush), I made it to the counter where my concerns were speedily addressed and my new phone received. Service: Had an older phone that needed an upgrade. So ventured to a corporate store. We arrived at 1 pm. Was instructed that it would take a couple of hours and they would call the other phone when it was ready. The store closes on Sunday at 5. So at 3:30 thought i would call to get an estimate of when I could drive the 30 minutes back to the store. Guess what YOU cant call the store. There is no number on the Metro PCS site. The number on white pages puts you into an internal circle with no way out except to hang up. Everything else has been great. The people at the 2 retail stores that we have visited with questions have been awesome. But don't expect to call a communication company with a question. read more

i just want to say i have been with metro for a while never had a problem,with any of my phones,or services with them until recently i went in to upgrade my phone,and it turned into a mess!not the authorized dealer,but the customer service part,totally messed up my service and was without any kind of phone from a Thursday until the following Monday!but i just want to say that i have never had such a great experience with a sales rep that took her job very serious,handled my situation with nothing but care!she was awesome!on Thursday she stayed on the phone with customer service approx-from 1200-7:00 pm,back & forth!then they reset my phone so i had to wait until the next day,she even gave me her phone number to let her know if the service came back home after hours!on Friday i went back up their again with no service,she got back on the phone,and stayed on the line till her shift was practically over,she has went above and beyond more than any other sales rep i have ever dealt with at this point!she never acted like it was a problem for her at all,just as if she was doing her job!and did a great one!still never got customer service to get it fixed,on the next day which was Saturday we were at it again,she was back on the line with her boss,and customer service at the same time!talking explaining what the phone was and wasn't doing,and cs would not listen and let her explain the situation!but she stayed patient.still all day up there,and finally her boss authorized to change out the phones for a new one to see if the phone was the problem,and again,it was not..it was somewhere in the network!on the phone again with customer service,i would have been insane at this point,she even stayed after hours to stay on the phone with cs trying to get this resolved!finally on Monday after she got them to make a trouble shooting ticket,the problem was resolved,and my phone is finally back in service! but she was very patient about the situation,with me,and with customer service!very outstanding customer service by her,the best dealer i have dealt with since i have been with metro,very sweet!patient!and caring that this was my only source of communication!you all need to give this girl a pat on the back!she is awesome,and an very well tell that she takes pride in her job,and will go above and beyond for any of her customers!and Metro PCS itself,you all need more like her,her name was (Stephanie Reyna)from the Portland tx-78374 dealer store(location)..just an awesome job working with me and customer service!i will deal with metro with or without problems all due to her!hope she will be in this store as long as i have metro!my whole family has service with you all!and will remain with you all especially with the awesome customer service skills she has with her customers!might i add,while all of this was taking place,she also was the only one there and still took care of customers coming in to make payments!and starting up new service!wow!is all i can say!and thank ya'll for sending her to Portland Tx,location! she is outstanding!god bless her for all that she helped me with! god bless you Stephanie Reyna,and all you did to help me! sincerely,chrystal shelton read more
