I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again. But more importantly, they had the screen in stock and they had it fixed in 4 hours. They said they would text me when it was ready, but when they had not texted.by 6:30, , which is close to their 7 pm closing time, I took a chance and drove to the store. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish, but those are minor inconveniences in a superb job. I could not recommend this store more highly.
