Their display phones are bolted down so that you cannot see the cover screen, which is important on these two phones. The salesperson told me that, if I wanted to actually see the phones, I should go to Best Buy. I think I'll take his advice and buy my phone from Best buy rather than at this lame store that will not allow me to look at a pretty expensive phone before buying it.

Our business has had a persistent phone issue for the past year and a half. We've had countless…read moretechs from the phone company come by, apply a temporary fix, and head on their way, only for the problem to resurface a few days/weeks later. The issue has been OK for a few months but recently came back with a vengeance. Not only did the Tampa Bay Telephone folks come out for a look at the issue on short notice, they also came back the following day on very short notice to work with the phone company tech on getting the issue resolved the right way! More importantly, they explained what was causing the issue, so I have a high degree of confidence that it won't return, now that I know what was causing it. This is just one experience, but the Tampa Bay Telephone crew were professional, honest, and willing to work with me to actually find the root of the problem, which is something that I've practically begged the phone company to let me give them money to do. Less than $70 later and the problem is fixed. I should've called Tampa Bay Telephone a year and a half ago!
