Came around to my backyard, with masks on, looked at what I needed hauled, which included old toilets, a bathroom vanity, adult bikes, old yard products, and a host of other items, gave me pricing we agreed upon, and immediately got to work. Junk was cleared in about 30-40 minutes and one gentleman even swept my deck with a broom and dust pan that they kept on their truck! Get outta here! I NEVER see that from contractors I have hired and I've been doing this kind of work for nearly 20 years. That's good stuff right there! My only regret is that I'm told Bowie and DC are not within their range, but I am prayerful that will change, as word gets around. The beat thing they can say is that the paint must be bad or the truck must've been painted over when truck hasn't been painted whatsoever. They informed me I could take my truck to the dealer to file a complaint about the paint being bad and that the dealer has to fix their mistake. The dealer won't honor any of this due to the fact that I am not the original owner of truck and after the truck is sold any warranties are voided after that. The owner said we can go to the dealer together to situate the problem. When I've worked at dealers and that's how they conduct business. This is pretty much standard even with non-commercial vehicles but they don't want to accept any fault. Now I'm stuck with a half done job, missing paint on a door, and looking for a new vinyl shop and a paint shop to paint the door they messed up but won't take any responsibility for.

He passed away early on the Friday before the Labor Day weekend. Borgwardt's responded immediately and brought him back to their facility. We visited on Saturday morning and made all arrangements. Obtaining the death certificate was a major issue that had to be dealt with. The Borgwardt's staff worked through the holiday weekend to obtain the certificate. This was finally accomplished on the day of the funeral just before the interment. The delay was completely the fault of the medical facility. Borgwardt's staff was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Our family has used Borgwardt's for two prior funerals and has always received superior service. This funeral home is well versed in both Jewish and Christian burial practices and is completely respectful of the families' wishes.
