I was in the store earlier and a nice lady help me set up my appointment with apple to have my (just purchased phone on 1/29/25) device check. Customer Service tried to talk to Chris but he was rude and refuses to listen to how they was explaining to him to take care of the problem. Neither of us to say I left without a proper working phone. So so please avoid this location if you did not purchase from them.
