Add a handheld iPad and you get customer service with about as much urgency as putting on sunscreen at the North Pole. You're screwed after having to negotiate their mobile app for help and then speaking to some third world idiot on the phone. I walked out of this store with nothing remedied. Nobody here gives two f*cks about the customer. As I write this review, I'm currently at my local Direct TV store changing my service. Sure do miss the days of Cablevision.
