I wouldn't give this company even 1 star due to their unethical business practices and the slew of…read moredishonest employees I have encountered since I, unfortunately, got my wireless "service" in December of 2022. I called 3 times to verify I would have service 3 times at my address, and every representative said, "Oh yes, we have excellent 5G service in your area." So the 4th time I called and spoke to Alex, who lied about multiple things to get my business, and that's where this nightmare began. Lie #1: Not only do I not receive "excellent 5G service at that location, I receive absolutely no service. I can not make calls, I can not receive calls, I can not send or receive calls, and I also can not get the internet. Lie #2: I did the keep and switch promotion where they pay off your installment. Alex did not inform me I had to pay off the phone first, there is a short time limit which you have to send in the information and the clock starts when you get off the phone, not when you are actually able to activate your service. It took me 2 weeks for AT&T 2 weeks to process my payoff to actually be able to activate service. I had to pay the day I started service, so basically, I paid for a full month for 2 weeks of service. They also don't bother to tell you it takes 8 or more weeks and that I would have to call them a few times and complain before I actually got a virtual card that no one accepts. I was able to call in again and get an actual pre-paid card. Also, I'd like to mention that every time you have to call this company make sure you have at least 45min to an hour to spend on the phone due to the long wait times and the customer care people to get on the phone to tell you more lies. Lie #3: "For signing up today, you will get a 'free phone''. Alex didn't tell me this "free phone" I received actually locked me in to a 2 year contract with these people and by the time I found out I was unable to return the phone, so I would have to pay nearly $1000 for this device. Had I known the truth, I would have never taken this device because we didn't need it, but I wasn't given a choice. I was just told I am getting this phone . Lie #4: Nurses get a discount. They only have first responder discounts because nurses aren't important and never get discounts even though I have saved countless numbers of people as an ICU and pediatric ICU nurse, but no business cares so nurses are never recognized. I believe all the previous statements cover all of Alex's lies. Since our lines have been activated, I called in a few times every month reporting my no service issue. They want me to call them from the location I don't have service at. Months later, I finally spoke to an honest employee who confirmed there is no service at the address I have given to several employees several times. T-mobile would still not let me out of the contract I was tricked into getting into and would not let me return the device. Before speaking to the one honest employee at T-mobile, I was told by several different employees that they were updating the tower in my area. One employee said it would be completed Feb 20, one said they began working on it Feb 20, and one employee told me, coincidentally, they are working to update every tower in all the towns I had to drive through to get to my destination and that is why I can't get service on my 1.5 hour drive! Wow! What are the odds of that happening? Lol. My most recent issue is, for the past 2 months, they have been trying to charge me an extra $50 for my service eventhough I have not changed anything since I signed up with them and nothing has changed. I am still having my bill auto drafted for a phone service I rarely have. Today they tried to say I haven't paid my home internet since March and I told them they have been auto drafting my bill since December for the same amount every month so where is the money they are taking from me going?. They supposedly fixed this issue last month but today I was lucky enough to be on the phone with them 50 min because they are trying to overcharge me yet again. Again this issue is supposedly fixed and my bill will be the same as it has been since December, but I am reluctant to believe anything they say so I guess next month I will see. My advice for consumers is stick with whatever carrier you currently have (unless it's T-Mobile and save yourself this headache. I do not know how this company gets away with lying and stealing, but obviously they do so my goal is to tell my story to as many people possible so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The store manager Annie was very rude. I came in to disconnect my Wi-Fi I asked if she could give…read moreme the number for customer service and she proceeded to tell me in a rude way that I could've looked it up on google. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them for any services.
