They saved me. My Uber cancelled at the last minute due to unavailability. I called several taxi companies in Brunswick, and Metro Cab was the only one to answer the phone at 4am. Great experience. Tried getting an Uber, and the one that finally was available cancelled. It was 11:30pm, and I was starting to look for places in the airport I could sleep for the night. I googled cab companies. The first one I called went to a full voice mailbox. Metro cab picked up right away. I told him where I was and where I wanted to go. He said he'd be there in 10 min. Pick up was on time. The ride was comfortable in his Toyota Sienna. The cost was very reasonable. He took credit card. Very grateful that I got to sleep in a bed last night! I also liked that the fare went to a local company rather than just being absorbed by our west coast AI overlords. All drivers are local, but not all corporations allow their people a fair share of the payment. read more

If I could put a 10 star here I would. Metro Cab, more specifically, Paul Henry, provided an unmatched service for one of our clients. Paul went above and beyond from start to end and helped ultimately change someone's life in the process. I work for a mental health and substance abuse treatment center, we needed transport for a client to be transported over 6 hours. Paul made it happen, with ease! Sometimes our clients are not the easiest people to deal with, the ride went off without a hitch. Paul went above and beyond to talk with our client the whole ride there, and make sure he was comfortable going to a treatment facility in which he had never been. I had called an hour and a half before I needed picked up and set a time for pick up. The cab was 15 minutes late. When I got in I was told I needed cash cuz his card reader was broken. I had to repeat my destination to him several times. I told him about how long it would take to get there and the whole ride he kept asking " Are we almost there?" During the ride he crossed the dashed line of the lanes several times and I caught him shaking his head to keep himself awake the whole trip. He made me feel very unsafe. I would never use this cab service again. read more

Everytime I call and ask how long it would be he tells me one time frame and when that time frame is over I have to call again and I get told more time. THE WORST .. Rude , unprofessional. Says their coming and then doesn't . Unreliable as I don't know what ! It's the same Jamaican guy that picks up everytime and is just downright rude every time I or a family member calls (I'm Jamaican too , however I speak with an affluent American tone when on the phone to not give people too much interpersonally without them seeing me) However even after being greeted nicely .. having different people call and just trying to figure out how to be kind and "make it work" the guy still is rude and then charges 10 by default even if your going literally up the street aka 10 seconds up the road . Not reliable. Left me stranded at airport after I called earlier and set up a ride,

I would give one star, but I actually made it to my destination so that deserves a star. This cab service adds other customers to your cab ride as you go along and charges fares with no clear guidelines. We had to ask the driver several times to give us a price. He finally said $35 for 2 people from St. Simons to our hotel in Brunswick. After he started driving, he began complaining it was too far. Then, he stopped and picked up 3 completely wasted guys to add to our cab ride. He charged them $30 for 3 people from the island back to the base there. read more

I needed a very early morning ride to the Brunswick airport from Sea Island. I requested an Uber and got stood up. Metro Cab came to the rescue, in a very nice and clean minivan. Because of them I made my early morning flight. Thank you Metro Cab!! read more
