Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. I highly recommend Comfort Drive when you need a lift to or from the airport.

Being from Jacksonville, but planning a party in the St. Simons/Brunswick area, we needed help. We…read moreneeded a van or limo that could carry at least 10 people around the island. We also had friends coming in town via the Jacksonville Airport and needed a shuttle service from Jax to St. Simons Island. We did a lot of searching on the Internet and made calls to the limited companies available in the area and chose Island Premier Transport. Not only did we find out they serve St. Simons, Sea Island, Jekyll Island and Brunswick, but that they also offered Airport Transportation to and from the Jacksonville International Airport. It was great to find a company that could serve our needs in both Jacksonville and the Golden Isle area! Jim Risi worked with us over the phone, kept in touch via email and even met us in person to load up the van with goodies before being picked up later that night for our surprise outing. Our driver, Chuck, was professional, courteous, helpful and flexible. He went out of his way to help us while we unloaded and loaded things at a very dark beach. After the beach, some of us wanted to go dancing, so after dropping us off at a club, he took the others home and then came back for us. We were more than delighted with the van and couldn't have been happier with the service. Oh and their pricing was the most affordable. We will be using them again!
