Paul has always been my driver with Elite and he makes me feel safe. I've left positive reviews before for Elite Taxi and I'd like to leave another one, today. I cannot express how much I appreciate the way Elite is there for its customers and I give Paul special recognition. He was friendly, talkative, and very helpful. We had requested him for our ride home but we were sent someone else. The second guy, Akzel (spelling?) was not very friendly, ignored us when we spoke, did not attempt to help us with the door. Just sat there. About 10-15 minutes after dropping us off, we realized that I had left my phone behind in the cab. One of my friends called my phone to see if we could find it in the house and it just rang and went to voicemail. So we called the cab company, told them that we had left it behind and asked if they could look for it. After a few minutes they came back on and said it was not there. So we tried calling my phone again, to find that it had been turned off. Seemed super shady!! We attempted to call them again to ask them to look again or ask the cab driver if he had recovered it, only to be yelled at by someone that sounded like the were drunk at a party (loud background noise, lots of people talking). When I called back the following day, I was treated rudely and was not given a straight answer. When I asked for the owners info they said they could not release that info. Just a shady company. I would not throw my money into this place. But if you do end up choosing this cab company, look out for a driver with a nice iPhone 4. Hopefully, you will think of me when you see it :)
