I live in Boca Raton, and my family needed to make very last minute arrangements for a flight leaving out of Miami. I called every one of the car services we'd ever used previously, but most were unable to accommodate us in time; the few who did say they had availability on such short notice wanted to charge astronomical prices. Looking through yelp for other options, I came across the listing for Oncall Car Service and Airport Transportation. I was impressed with the pictures posted of their fleet of vehicles in particular and decided I'd call to see whether they were available and able to quote a more reasonable price than the services I'd already contacted. To my great relief, they were indeed available, and at a much better price than I'd been quoted by the car services I'd hired previously. Dispatch was very knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous, especially when one considers how panicky I had to have sounded over the phone by that point. The car Oncall sent to take my family to the airport was *so* much nicer than I could've imagined given how reasonably they'd priced our last minute request for transportation picking us up in Palm Beach County, taking us through all of Broward and well into Miami-Dade County where Miami International Airport is located. I'm not a car expert myself but I want to say it was a Chevy Suburban - in any case, it had a well detailed exterior; immaculate interior; beverages, snacks, even magazines(!) provided; more than ample room for all of my family & the excessive amount of luggage we tend to bring on any trip we take. Our driver wasn't merely punctual, he actually came a bit early in case we needed a hand with our luggage - which we definitely did! He jumped right out to load it all up, could not have been more polite and again, I was impressed, this time by how nicely he was able to handle doing all of this dressed in suit & tie despite the Florida heat & humidity. We spent the entire ride from Boca to Miami chatting with our driver - he was knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor as well. After such a stellar initial experience, I have been recommending Oncall Car Service and Airport Transportation to all my friends & family, and plan on booking with this car service & none other for all my own future transportation needs.

At the end of the journey in hell, we had one ill passenger. I contacted the company who said that they would give us a 300.00 credit for future travel. We paid over $2, 450.00 for this trip. This was the company's way of reimbursing us. A slap in the face. We do not wish to travel with you again and would wish a refund. The company has ignored any emails or messages sent. We had to resort to a lawyer to assist us with this issue.

Two weeks before my cruise, I emailed to confirm. Instead, they started a new reservation. I replied that they must've been confused. A rep then called and told me they had no record of my reservation. I explained I had a confirmation number and a charge on my credit card bill. The representative was completely rude and made it sound like it was my fault that she couldn't find the reservation. She told me she would keep looking. I explained that if they couldn't handle this process, it might be best if I cancelled and go with another company. She snapped back that she couldn't cancel if she couldn't find it. I told her I would file a dispute with the credit card company then, and she hung up on me (!). Ten minutes later, she called back and said that she'd found it and refunded. (We'll see...) They never seemed to want my business and I'm very confused on how they stay in business with an operation as clueless as this.

Our concierge arranged travel for us with WorldWide Transportation. To the airport, our chauffeur was Carl- excellent service. He arrived at our place before our planned departure and offered to help with our luggage whenever we were ready. We had a carseat that needed to be installed which he happily installed PERFECTLY! He packed our bags into the luxury van meticulously and with care offered us beverages and we were on our way. Our dropoff was perfectly executed. Given our excessive bags (I may have overpacked!), he found a porter and ensured we would be taken directly to the front of the line. Our return driver was quite good as well. I had two messages waiting from him when we landed in Miami airport- one introducing himself and providing his number, the second letting us know he was waiting outside and to contact him as soon as we were through customs and picking up our baggage. [Note- there was an option to have him come in and assist us with our bags, but I opted against this because 1)we were traveling international and I didn't think he would be able to help us pull the bags off since it was pre-customs and 2) I didn't want to wait somewhere with all of our luggage and the baby while he retrieved the car.] I called him and he knew approximately where we would be exiting and had parked just outside the nearest doors. He packed the van with our bags while we got comfortable. A movie was already playing in the dimly lit cabin that was appropriate both for the baby and our parents.
