There are always available appointments that the very friendly staff make work with my schedule , even when I have called last minute. I have seen two physio therapists and they are the reason I am healing from my terrible accident. I am grateful to have the option to see such knowledgable physiotherapists at their fantastic clinic. ALSO, they have amazing boot camps classes, I have not attended one yet , but I've watched and the energy and vibe in the room looks like the MOST FUN work out! Its next on my list for sure!

Though Cresst was a good idea the only reason I'm saying this is cuz I talked to a lot of the other patients there who had already gone through so much and different kinds of meds that I didn't let docs destroy my brain with treating me like a lab rat and guessing. This review remark is for the Abbotsford Cresst I stayed there for bout 3 weeks and boy was I disappointed of the staff ! there was 5 "nurses" and all they did was stay in the office texting and looking at the computer. They get paid over 30 an hr and thats what they do....... nothing I've had very little education and I can do 100 times a better job there ! if they did anything and I mean anything they always made you feel like it was a burden that you needed help or something. The whole health system in Canada is atrocious you end up doing whats best for the ppl that your asking help from and they are always either on vacation or to busy and when you do get help they expect you to have someone to drive you to all the time.

I paid almost a grand, it's a private concussion clinic which promised me the moon, and healing for my PCS. Post concussion syndrome, for an assessment that they said would give us a baseline and they would be able to help me. But they didn't, I wish I would be be able to say it was just a bad dream but they actually did these egregious things. The male Kin was rude and unfeeling, he kept injuring me and acting like it was okay even though I had complex problems. He injured me before I moved! Which was enormously challenging. The young woman Kin was just as bad except she wouldn't listen to what I was saying and was so stupid I wondered how she passed her kin exams. But it was to get way more awful. The main physio Tori actually lied to me for two months about what we were doing and then told me to lie to my doctor as well. She was a vestibular physio but instead wanted to do "pain management" which consisted of me sitting in her office reading books or watching weird videos. Whenever I would ask her why we weren't doing physio she would tell me we were. All the while taking the insurance money from the accident I had and telling my adjuster we were doing vestibular, I believe. Then the manager decided that I should be put on a "behaviour" contact like they have in elementary schools, and trust them more even though they were about as trustworthy as a cobra in the grass. I did eventually get a good physio Carolyn but just was told they were kicking me out of the office when Carolyn just went to bat for me and got me more physio because the manager Melissa didn't want to be accountable for making her people behave. Wow. Buyer beware here. Honestly.

My experience at the reception was very poor, my card had a problem and it was very unusual that they did not have a POS machine to pay, but the annoying part was dealing with the receptionist, apparently her name is Daman Deep Kaur, she was not professional at all, she sighed in a very childish way almost every time I said something, and instead of making the situation easy, she laughed sarcastic and childishly and suggest I did not want to pay. It was very uncomfortable. Am I going back? I am not sure, even thou the physiotherapist was very good, the interaction at the front desk was very disappointing. I went there because I am dealing with pain and I have no time or energy for dealing with a childish, unprofessional, rude receptionist, who instead of helping find solutions, with her attitude makes the easy more complicated.

I feel that he's not judgmental and he makes me feel at ease during the appointment. He not only taught me many techniques that grounded me quickly, but he also gives you clear explanations and terminology so that you can learn more about what's going on. He's always attentive and he takes thorough notes. I'm very relieved that I found a therapist that works for me. He's definitely one of the best ones!

She was understanding and we got to the core issues of our feelings. She is a very gentle and kind hearted person which shines through her sessions.
