I went there and bought two mattresses from them. Things could not have been easier. They sent out a text first saying when they were going to be delivering this Matress I had actually heard from the manager Brad the day before when they were going to be delivering it anyway they texted and said they would be there between 12 and 3 PM. They called me about 10 minutes till 12 and said they would be there in 20 minutes. They were there promptly on time they delivered the mattress took away my old mattress set up everything and we're out of there in record time. My other delivery from them went equally as well. They Lie and tell you anything to get you to buy and once you sign the contract your screwed, we bought a new Mattress $2300 thought it was ok in store got and tried to sleep on it we both got up with in 2.5 hours in pain and wanting to cry. I called store first thing, and they told me there was nothing they could do as we didn't buy a pillow and mattress protector so we couldn't get a refund or exchange I even asked to trade it for a used mattress, and they said no!!!!! So please read fine print and get things in writing but I suggest going somewhere else!!!! read more

If I could leave a negative review, I would. One star is far too good for this salesman and company. Shanan Lippert (I believe the manager?) at the Olean Metro Mattress location is an outright liar. He told me everything he could to complete the purchase of a ridiculously over-priced mattress, lying repeatedly about the financing. I have PROOF of all that he guaranteed me via text, so I filed a BBB complaint and thought i was getting somewhere, but no ... I wasn't. The company did not care that he had lied (did I mention, he lied REPEATEDLY?) and would not do what it could to secure a positive outcome for this customer. They are out for the sale - bottom line. Mr. Lippert sold himself to me as a helpful, friendly and competent salesman. Do not let the facade fool you. Shanan Lippert will lie, and lie and continue to lie. He will appear to be kind and to care about you, the consumer, but he is nothing short of a predator. And ... when you try to get back in touch with him, it's just crickets. Also, don't fall for the "pillow and mattress protector" crap he tries to get you to buy. I never received mine - and when I finally DID get in touch with him, he told me that they were "out of stock" but that when they were back in stock, he would let me know. This may seem feasible if not for the fact that by the time I was sick of waiting and asked him where they were, it had been over a month. (Supposedly purchasing the pillow and mattress protector qualifies you for the 90 day satisfaction guarantee) I find it extremely difficult to believe that they were out of stock for that long. Our order wasn't delivered after confirming multiple times that it would be. They refused to prioritize sending it to us each time our delivery window was missed. They also tried telling us that it was being sold to us 'at cost.' We finally gave up and cancelled the order after waiting weeks for our bed. read more
