I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.
