Moving day is deeply humbling…read more I have used this U-Haul location for several moves to and from college in Auburn, and just this past weekend for an in-town Birmingham move! I have never had an issue with anything here, they always have whichever truck I reserved online ready for me, always have the extra blankets and dolly available. Sure, customer service is just ok, but I've never had a blatant issue with anybody! It cost around $50 to rent a 10' truck for 6 hours. The 10' truck fit a queen size bed, couch, dresser, hutch, chairs, and lots of boxes!

He finally, after attempting to get away, gave me the number for customer no answer service. After 30 minutes of holding my problem was resolved by a VERY helpful lady named Ms Long.

The office area is well staffed and extremely clean (the storage units are also incredibly clean--and I have had many storage units--even if this unit is not used for storing JUNK like the other ones were....I digress). I asked for a repeat of the information on the prorate refund to be sure and my sister in law was listening so it's not like I misheard the information. I made arrangements and moved my belongings out and called to ask about my refund I was told NO there is no refund. I wouldn't have paid an extra month and moved out had I known this. I was told the manager did not tell me there was a refund but he did. He kept denying the information I was given. He is correct there is nothing in contract about refund at the end or prorating only to sucker you in when you rent your space. I am not deaf and I had a witness who heard the conversation so with that being said I didn't write the review when this occurred since I was very angry at being mistreated. I feel that this situation needs to be spoken of to warn others of what can and will happen if you take the word of someone over the phone. Very poor services!!!! BEWARE!!

I was very disappointed with my experience with All Out Services during the loading of my U-Haul…read more Before booking, I confirmed that the crew would arrive with proper moving equipment, including a dolly. Unfortunately, they showed up with no dolly and no tools, and appeared inexperienced. At one point, one of the loaders was standing around. When I asked what he was waiting on, he openly said, "I'm waiting on the dolly"--which turned out to be my dolly, not one provided by the company. That moment really highlighted the lack of preparation and professionalism. When you confirm expectations in advance, it's reasonable to expect they'll be met. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it added unnecessary stress to an already demanding moving day. I even called the person dealt with during the booking and asked that someone bring the crew a dolly but that request was not met. I am certainly glad I did not book this company for my entire move as the movers that unloaded my U-Haul (in Dallas) were absolutely superb for same cost.
