The fellow on the phone checked and said he could have them in the store when they opened the next day. I made an appointment for 9:30 and showed up the next morning. As I walked in, the guy behind the counter said, "John?" "Wow," I thought. "These guys know how to run a business." We quickly sorted through the "extras." I was offered a wheel alignment, which I didn't think I needed at this point. No worries and none of the high pressure BS that sometimes happens. Just a plain simple, "OK, we'll get right on it if you want to have a seat in our lounge. I declined and said I was going out for Brekkie and would be back at noon. I returned at noon, car done, everything perfect and.....the tires were $ 7 cheaper per tire than the best price I had been given by the tire store where I had bought my original tire that was in the boot. I was happy! So, great service, great prices, quality work. I'll be back in 40,000k when I am ready for my next set of tires.

The guys are always really friendly and helpful and, although, the place is often crowded with annoyed people, they manage to stay calm and friendly. It's a bit of a pain to drive in here, depending on which side of Payneham road you're coming from but once you're there, there's usually enough parking space. Their office is quite small but they tried to make it as convenient as they can if you have to wait for a longer time by putting heaps of magazines, a TV, a water dispenser and toilets in there. Thumbs up for Bob Jane in Glynde!
