She respectively told me it was a conflict of interest and wouldn't be able to give us the rest advice if she was seeing both of us. And that's how I found a wonderful Jean El-Fakhoury!!! So that's how I feel about the review underneath me let me tell you more about Jean! She is super caring, understanding gives you the time to speak. Sometimes I noticed that therapist or really quick to jump in when you're speaking. Not with her! She honestly listens takes time to develop what you're saying before she just gives your input. She also does a really great job of checking on you afterwards if it's been a hard session! I'm sorry to the gentleman underneath me I hope you did fine better help. But I do think that you taking out your frustrations about your nasty divorce on your therapist is not the way to go!

Sessions were frequently canceled, making it difficult for my son to receive consistent therapy. One of the most concerning incidents occurred when my son hit his head on the corner of a bench due to what I believe was a lack of proper supervision and safety. Afterward, I requested a meeting with Kelly Daniels to discuss what happened, but she said she was too busy to meet and instead texted me asking what I wanted to talk about. As a parent, I expected a face-to-face discussion regarding my child's safety. The building itself also raised safety concerns. The elevators stopped working multiple times while people were inside, which was alarming. Because my son is unable to speak for himself, I have to advocate for him. Unfortunately, every time I raised legitimate concerns, I was told I was being "disrespectful" and was threatened that my son would be discharged from the program. No parent should be made to fear losing services simply for asking questions or advocating for their child. I also felt that I was treated differently because I wear a headscarf. I was left with the impression that my concerns were dismissed and that my rights as a parent were not respected. Every family deserves to be treated with dignity and professionalism, regardless of their background or appearance. In my experience, this center prioritized keeping the business running over providing compassionate, family-centered care. Children with autism deserve dedicated professionals who genuinely care about their well-being, and parents deserve to be heard without fear of retaliation. I cannot recommend this facility based on my family's experience.
