I called Navy Insurance and spoke with a young lady name Tania at the Cermak location. She was very patience and informative in the situation that I was in. She kept me calm and explained my situation and explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue. She advised me that she will personally follow up the next day and thats exactly what she did. I can be a handful when I dont get great service but Tania made it very difficult for me to get upset at her by the way she handled the situation, kudos to her. I live in a different area I have an issue with my windshield I have a warranty through a glass company that State Farm has assisted me with . My own state farm representative was not able to assist me or willing to assist me in the way that ELVY SANCHEZ Assisted myself. No I will not be pudding my representatives or the location of the state farm I use because I do not look bad on to others I only want to promote look good. I also contacted the corporate and it was very hard to get through they were confused as well who to contact I thought to transfer me to that they wanted me to call back another day. Very unprofessional to see this happening but I was lucky I looked up State Farm on the Internet and you know with the Internet it gives you different things and the first thing I noticed was the state farm located in Cicero Illinois But not labeled as that so I figured it was a corporate number. This was a good thing because when I called the phone number and explain my situation that corporate was not able to help me get my own state farm representative that I've been with since I was 18 years old and I'm close to 50 now was not willing to assist me except acting confused why I didn't call the corporate myself . But I did after our talk. ELVY SANCHEZ Took time to assist me while she has her own clients while assisting new clients she made all the phone calls got through to the corporate located information on the computer spoke with the representatives of the glass company and solved all my problems during her time. This is a representative an employee this is someone who treats your clients like her own family. I will find other locations to put this information because this is a star a person that deserves an award for this doing other peoples work. And doing it without complaint even doing it after I said no worries and doing it very kind and showing compassion to your clients. I thank you ELVY SANCHEZ. You are a blessing.
