The teachers are so loving and clearly care deeply for the kids. My baby bursts into a big smile each morning when we drop him off with his teachers. We get daily updates on bottles/food and diaper changes, plus photos of him solo and him interacting with the other babies in the classroom. The facility is clean, and the admins are welcoming and also know the kids by name. We've loved TCA so far and would certainly recommend to other parents!

We can't start the day without a hug. She loved her infant teachers, and her toddler teachers are amazing!!! And my son, he hates when I pick him up early. He enjoys Tiny City and is happy that his class has grown from only a few to many. He's "the man" in the preschool classroom in the evening when they are combined, which he loves. Our two toddlers have been going there already, and then our childcare fell through for our infants. They were super helpful getting us registered and the girls have adjusted easily. They give us frequent updates via a phone app so that we know what activities they are doing and how their napping, eating, and diapers have been going. Our 4year old brought an issue to us which we shared with management. They were receptive to our complaint and immediately investigated and closely observed his interactions with a teacher over the next week or two. They shared their findings with us and used their classroom cameras to confirm. Ultimately it was not an issue and our 4yo is still happy and enjoying his time there.

She always seemed angry making everyone feel uncomfortable, not available for follow ups/chats and very poor & inequate on outgoing communications. I considered switching but I absolutely adore my teachers in the infant room so made it very hard to make a decision. Well, needless to say I am glad we stayed, Jessica (Assistant Director) has always been amazing throughout the year and new Director, Donna's been great and very responsive which is what I would expect from a Center Director who oversees and in charge of the operation. My daughter absolutely loves all of her teachers in the infrant and toddler room. She gets super excited to see them in the morning and theres been times when she didn't want to get picked up & go home. Made us sad but I love that she loves & feels comfortable with them. Lack of turnover has definitely helped not only myself but my daughter to transition easily. I would give a solid 10/10 on all the teachers I've gotten to know & meet. They are great with kids and it's nice to know they have the best interests in them and I don't need to worry about my daughters wellbeing which is a great feeling & assurance to have. We had a scary experience at another (popular/in-demand) school, after which KinderCare Lake Newport has been a refreshing and pleasant experience. I never have to worry that the school will be closed for random reasons. And they are open during several holidays means that I can use my day off to take care of chores, e.g., the days between Christmas and New Year. The building is surrounded by nature with ample outdoor play area which is a huge plus. My daughter is developing very well under the teachers here!
