The environment is so warm and nurturing. She truly takes pride in providing the best care possible. She made sure she worked with the kids so that they learned something new daily, and even took the kids on field trips. My daughter was so well prepared of Kindergarten, she tested well above her level in the first quarter. After a horrific ordeal with that other place, we decided as parents that we would make this decision for our infant, not because of money or convenience and I am so glad that we did. Somehow, we are able to make it work scheduling wise and it's about more expensive than other places but we were able to make that work too. The staff is absolutely amazing! The kids love their teachers, the parents love the staff and the communication I get from Kiddie Academy is more than I could have imagined. It was no more expensive when I switched into Imagination Learning Center (ILC) from the other daycare even though they offered way more. I don't make a boat load of money and could afford 2 kids to go there. The last two things I which I feel are important to say are, 1) They use Brightwheel to send pictures of your child and communications. Its really great that I can have multiple updates a day on how my child is doing. 2) It's a non-profit with a parent run board of directors. The parents actually do have a voice at ILC which to me is amazing and unlike any other center I looked into while I was searching. TL:DR - ILC is a great place with caring teachers and directors who have been there for years, flexible scheduling, and a reasonable price. I would recommend ILC for anyone who needs childcare.

There is scheduled playtime, nap time and other such stuff as well. And finally, she is one heck of party organizer. From very hands on and nurturing teachers / caregivers to the very engaged new management, my son is always very excited and positive about school. He has forged strong friendships with children that he has been with since infancy. I like the structured nature of day for each class, as it encourages children to understand that there is playtime, learning time, eating time, and sleep time and that creates a degree of discipline and instruction-following that helps me to reinforce at home. We've been attending from the time of the earlier management to the current. While there were some growing pains that resulted from that changeover, I never once felt as if the degree of care for my child diminished. I would likely not have been aware of any changes at all had the new owners and manager not been very transparent with me from the beginning. As a parent, I feel very respected here.
