    By far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of having in my house…read more I reported a washer leaking issue to my warranty and they sent a tech from Metro to my house. He looked under the washer, ran no diagnostics and stated its not leaking even with water on the floor from the washer. So, it has leaked a few time since then and I reached out to my warranty company again and told them i do NOT want Metro sent to my house. Metro contacts me Monday even though I stated I did not want them to my warranty people. I advised Gail of what happened and I did not want the same tech in my house and she stated contact me when the parts were in and we will schedule someone to come out. I let Gail know that I received all the parts today and she informed me that the appointment was cancelled even though she stated and I quote "We apologize for your experience. This ticket is for a repair. Tech will be replacing all parts your warranty provides us. I can also make a note stating that you want one of our other techs, but I cannot guarantee he wont be your tech." Once I messaged that I received all the parts and informed them, "That work order was cancelled. You do not want us in your house so hopefully they got you a new service provider. Piss poor service when they looked at the washer last year and piss poor service today contradicting what they said earlier in the messages. I do NOT recommend this company for any of your repair or service needs.

    Short Version : When the owner is having a bad day he takes it out on random unsuspecting…read morecustomers. If it's not a cracked cell phone screen repair don't bother. Long Version: My laptop wouldn't charge. Told me 7-10 days. After not hearing anything after 17 days I called them. They told me when they opened it up they found a dead bug, and refused to fix it. When I went to pick it up, out of nowhere the guy started yelling in a condescending tone about how they refused the repair because the bug was a health hazard and it wasn't his job to keep my "sh!t"(his word) clean. As he handed me my laptop he removed a sticker placed on it from the shop. I asked if he could at least clean the sticky residue his sticker left. He became irate and got louder yelling to get out oh his store and never come back. As a first time customer getting treated like this of course I would never even consider coming back. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews only going off the score. They have a 4-Star rating, but positive reviews are from phone and tablet screen repairs the negative reviews are more complicated computer and game system repairs . The other reviews also tell the same story of verbally abusive staff. From my experience those negative reviews are spot on.

As it turned out, only the screen protector was damaged, and Austin not only showed me this in mere seconds, but didn't in any way make me feel stupid for not having checked under the protector myself.
