After a couple calls, and two weeks total, they said they couldn't figure it out. I picked it up and took it elsewhere. The other place figured it out immediately by simply checking the left channel's RCA plug. That's all it took and the other placed fixed it in minutes. The technician at Alltronix clearly did not even try. They just borrowed my equipment for two weeks, did literally nothing, and then collected payment. I will never take anything there again, and you shouldn't either.

Long Version: My laptop wouldn't charge. Told me 7-10 days. After not hearing anything after 17 days I called them. They told me when they opened it up they found a dead bug, and refused to fix it. When I went to pick it up, out of nowhere the guy started yelling in a condescending tone about how they refused the repair because the bug was a health hazard and it wasn't his job to keep my "sh!t"(his word) clean. As he handed me my laptop he removed a sticker placed on it from the shop. I asked if he could at least clean the sticky residue his sticker left. He became irate and got louder yelling to get out oh his store and never come back. As a first time customer getting treated like this of course I would never even consider coming back. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews only going off the score. They have a 4-Star rating, but positive reviews are from phone and tablet screen repairs the negative reviews are more complicated computer and game system repairs . The other reviews also tell the same story of verbally abusive staff. From my experience those negative reviews are spot on.
