We have been part of the Cedar St Kids Club and AEE system for last 6 years, which was managed supremely by the original owners. The new ownership lacks the responsibility and basic expectations when it comes to childcare business. They charged me by error which they accepted, but I am yet to receive a refund after 4 months. I keep calling and they say it will be taken care of soon, so hasn't happened yet. It is very irresponsible from Cadence to eat up money that way.

We had very bad experience with this day care. They only care dollars not the kids. My kid is 3 yrs…read moreold and they put him in 2 yr old class room and charged me more and they told me he will back to 3 yr class room in 2 weeks but that never happened. Teachers never welcome parents or kids when entering the room. They are always in their own world. one day my toddler was putting sand and choking objects in his mouth teachers were chatting with each other. I'm glad that I went early that day and could see him putting the things and we immediately took him out on the same day. Teachers are very rude they are not even trained at all they put front staff as teachers. Not sure why do they charge very high for poor care. classrooms are not even maintained neat. I dont recommond this place at all.
