If you don't want to show, board a horse, or ride multiple times per week you were not a top priority. It is all about the money and not the horses!! Throughout the times riding at this barn it was clear that there was and still is constant turnover of instructors. There were at least 15 different instructors in about 5 years and the makeup lessons. There are only 2 instructors that are still teaching at the farm after many years. More advanced riders such as myself were given the 'left over' horses during the summer camp and regular lessons since all the others were used way too much. These left over horses desperately needed a qualified trainer to work with them and not kids. Including a therapeutic riding horse that reared in the cross ties and needed way more training before it should have been added to the program. The beginner horses were used so much that they would go lame every other week. Safety is not a top priority at this farm for the campers, riders, and horses. In a few lessons I can remember a newer horse that was placed in beginner lesson programs that would throw riders weekly... but was never taken out of the lessons and given training. As for the birthday parties the owner never gave proper training. It was always whose not doing something... and throw them in there. We never had training for summer camp CIT either, even though it is stated online as well. If I have to pay over $300 a week I do not want to be treated as trash from other CIT's. There was no schedule for what to do with the campers only there lesson time and it was up to me to figure out what to do with them... with my great training. The barn owner can be rude, forgetful, and condescending. I had to wait for years to get my 3 paid for makeup lessons. After deliberating with the owner that in fact I had them even after I sent her the old emails, she kept denying. After stumbling across a previous farm horse I posted an older photo of that horse, named Magic, with me at Lil folk. Magic is obviously way happier at the place that he is now. The barn owner decided what a great opportunity to twist my words. She denied that was the horse yet went to the horses owner and told her something else. Just childish. I'll attach the photos below. You can't have your own opinion of this barn unless it's what the owner wants. Even if it would benefit the horses care and the safety of all riders. Overall I would NEVER recommend this barn for anything The last photo is BOSTON! He shared his bridle with Magic, but used different bits. Notice the difference in head coloration, size, and bit change (from Magic in previous photos.)

MA Sports Leagues employs bait-and-switch advertising and insults potential customers when pointed…read moreout. I was researching some bubble soccer for a NYC event I am throwing. I found the website http://www.bubblesoccerusa.com/ and contacted them with simple questions about venue assistance and pricing. Days later, somebody from MA Sports League contacts me with a couple of answers and a higher price than advertised on that site, so I pointed it out to them. They told me package 3 was listed $600 on the site, yet it obviously says $500. I pointed out this pricing error multiple times, then after a few emails, when I declined their business due to lack of transparency and bait-and-switch marketing, the owner Matthew Pettinato replied with multiple insults, condescension, and some sort of machismo he felt was warranted in this situation. It was even borderline threatening at times. I just don't see how a company can survive this day when they treat somebody who is trying to give them money like this. Maybe it is by the people who fall for the bait-and-switch pricing. The owner clearly has some anger management issues and a false sense of grandeur. I would avoid at all costs.

Casey is very professional and gave a strong impression that he a man of good ethics and goal-oriented. In our conversation I provided further information to the incident, he listened, acknowledged my issue, then came up with possible solutions that he plans to address to his staff to prevent this type of incident in the future, and then he offered me a second experience on the house. This is more than I expected, and I am impressed!!! To Casey I give 5-stars. I look forward to my second experience with Regatta Point Community Sailing.

I take pride in knowing that my educators are engaged with the children throughout the day whether it be through academic centers or free play. I see children with happy faces engaging with their peers, I see educators interacting with the children, becoming excited as the children accomplish a new task, offering comfort and love when the children need that extra hug. Again, I apologize to Bianca B and I wish that she had approached me with her concerns. I most certainly would have addressed them. I have been working with children and parents since 1991 and I truly love what I do.

I have participated in Music Together classes for the past 5 years and I am so happy to have found Michelle Tate as a teacher. She makes music and movement a family affair. She is truly gifted with children. She has a wonderful attitude, philosophy and nurturing disposition that sets children and parents at ease in her class. Everyone is welcome.. Have a friend visiting from out of town? Bring her. Grandparents want to check it out? You bet! Need to make up a class? No problem. She is SO flexible and family friendly. Michelle is also a very talented musician as she plays the flute, piccolo, piano and the djembe (African drum) which my kids enjoy sitting on and drumming with her. Michelle makes the music come alive with an assortment of props like hula hoops, squishy balls, gathering drums, egg shakers, jingle bells and more. She is constantly looking for new ways to make this class special for every age and stage. As a parent, be prepared to fully participate in this class.. sing, dance and have some fun with your child(ren). Don't worry about whether you think you are the best singer or dancer - it does not matter. Just get up and give it a try. You and your children will not be disappointed with this experience. This class has served as "special time" with my kids where I am there to focus on THEM and not worry about all of the other responsibilities that I have to do all week long. When you register for class you receive a song booklet that has the sheet music for playing at home in addition to 2 CD's (one for the home and one for the car). I've gone to "the bubble" for years for soccer games with my kids (winter league) and also for two…read moreyears with one in their club soccer program. Regarding the latter, personal experiences with John Smith himself always fun, positive and entertaining - however rest of club experience was very disappointing, your mileage may vary, but I'm certainly not a fan based on my experience. This is a review of the facility being a venue for (winter) soccer league games, and this comes from many years of going there with two children for just that reason. If you have not been, the place is basically a large bubble\dome (think tennis bubble but much larger) that holds two walled turf fields built like hockey rinks with walls on all sides, and then PlexiGlass shields and nets in others designed to keep balls in play and away from spectators. Each field has metal grandstands on one side of the field for spectators. Amenities-wise, there is a small bathroom area, a tiny shop up front where you can buy basic soccer stuff, and\or uniforms if you are in the club program. They also have an inflatable play area suitable for young (under 10?) kids. At times they have also set up an inflatable laser tag game but I haven't seen it recently. Most of the time I'm there I see kids playing soccer or training for lacrosse in the two turf fields. There is also often a large contingent of local Ecuadorians playing volleyball on a side field. Lots of activity. The facility wasn't really 'nice' when I first started going years ago and if anything has gone downhill a bit since. It's always seemed kind of beat up and dirty inside. Their parking lot is dangerously unlit, and feels unsafe at night, especially in winter. You can't see the ground well, nor easily catch sight of the kids darting from the parking area to the front entrance. There isn't even an illuminated sign at the entrance that makes it apparent where to turn in for parking. The have changed food options several times over the years. For a couple years they had a snack bar that had a good selection of food and seemed to be staffed by really nice people. But it was often not open for night games. Then this winter I went in and was dismayed to find it was closed down, replaced by a row of (mostly I think) drink machines. One last thing - on one field spectators and players are on same side and can see the scoreboard clearly. But on the back field players and spectators are on opposite sides, and they hung the scoreboard so that the players can see it but spectators cannot without getting down from the stands and waking a few feet away to turn and loop up at it. It's really annoying that I pay for and drive my kids to the games for years, and I can't even see the score half the time. I've asked JSS staff about this, they don't care, and generally my impression of them is that they are really not very customer oriented. This is a shame because the location is perfect for serving the surrounding towns, and the kids really like playing indoor sports, but the facility is in desperate need of an overhaul and maybe a change in management.

We live 30mins away, had a Groupon for their playzone that we were saving for a special rainy day treat. Brought 5 kids to the play zone and they had a blast. Their website said they were open until 8pm, but after being there for an hour from 2-3pm they announced they were closing. I politely showed the website hours & was told they didn't have time to update the website yet, so I asked for a voucher because we were disappointed and I felt it was unfair & poor customer service. We were told no, and that she told me they were closing at 3 upon check-in (which nobody remembered hearing). I have never written a yelp review before but felt this was such poor customer service, really disappointed. It's not the money, it's the customer service. Would have made a big difference to show compassion & understanding in this situation.

The preschool does offer weekly live guitarist who sings with the kids, also to its credit it has a talented Spanish teacher who makes this language interesting. Kind teachers. Program is planned & executed, BUT, parents don't get daily updates on activities, only weekly. Only ONE teacher per class. For most activities they combine the classes which creates chaos. Last year I saw one teacher dealing with 9 boys ages 4,5. The were constantly combined with my son's class 3,4 yr olds. During break times none effective or lacking adult supervision. My child was pushed down the stairs TWICE!! And they didn't even know! My then 3 year old was hit a few times in school & only once did they report it, AFTER, I started contacting the school with my concerns. My child loved his friends & teacher but was terrified of two older kids who would be combined at activity time. The teachers are GOOD, but supervision between class & at break time is lacking. Staff chatting instead of being present in the moment & comments like " boys will be boys" in response to your concerns.

All of our neighbors put their kids through and had very positive experiences as well, as all of our kids were more than ready for kindergarten when that started! I'd give Sunshine and their talented staff more stars if I could.
