Wonderful experience getting our Cadillac wrapped! This is my second wrap. My first wrap was done in California on my Tesla, so when we moved to Miami, I wanted to find a reputable business. Luckily I found this one (recommended by my wrap guy in California). The experience was so professional from start to finish and the entire team of Metro Wrapz is passionate and very customer oriented. The shop itself is clean and organized and operates as efficiently as a hospital operating room! Also, they have a very cool vibe with original street art on the walls. I wish I could work there! The hardest part for us was deciding on the color of blue we wanted -they print the colors right in the shop. Sofia (the office manager, I think) and Dee, one of the designers (yay for women in this field!) were very patient with me as I took my time deciding. Even the owner of the Metro Group, Bruno, came out and gave his thoughts, which I really appreciated. Bruno is the kind of person you immediately can tell, cares about people and his customers. They also were able to show us computer models of what it would look like and help us decide if we wanted to de-chrome (which we ended up doing). The end result is gorgeous and so perfectly applied, not a wrinkle anywhere! They even had their media guy take some incredible photos which I have been proudly showing around to anyone I can, like a Grandma showing off her babies! :-) We couldn't be happier. read more

I am not usually the person to go online and write reviews, but credit must be given where the credit is due. My story started at another shop. I went to this other shop, which was a headache to start with, to have my rear tints re-done. The manager at that shop offered to do a roof wrap for me and assured me the guy was skilled so I agreed. This "skilled guy" cut into the custom paint of my 2019 vehicle. Infuriated I went to my performance part shop, Mr. Wheels. They referenced me to Metro Wrapz next door. I met the owner, Bruno, and he was apologetic for the work that this other shop did. He told me to come the next morning and they would take care of me. That's exactly what they did. I have never felt like an auto business really had my back until this point. His amazing and professional team took care of my roof wrap and other areas of the car that I wanted done. They really brought my vision to life, which as one of many real car enthusiasts out there is all that matters. It doesn't matter if you want a clean matte wrap for high performance cars, which their track record will prove, or whether you want pieces wrapped on your first car, they take the same care and professionalism. I've been going to metro wraps for a while now and I must say they do a very good job. Metro works hand in hand with customers and always gets the job done nicely and in a timely matter. With that being said, the intricacies through out their wraps is incredible. Every detail on a car wrapped by them is thoroughly taken care of. Which in essence isn't particularly important to most other shops. In other departments such as employee service everyone is willing to help and make customers feel very at home with the work being done.
