I had previously left this review with one star. Got the lifetime, best quality film installed in 2019 on a gray, Tesla Model 3. Now, since 2023, the film is completely cracked and dull. I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. He is a very reputable business owner and clearly expresses a desire to please his customers with the best service and product. I strongly recommend this shop. Updated April, 2024. read more

I went to this place to get my car wrap due to reviews I saw on IG and internet. After dealing with co-owner Rivan for over a month, I trusted they would do a good job. After dropping my car off and was told 3 days, it took over a week to get my car back. Due to excitement of getting my first wrap I look passed a lot, like the decals I requested weren't installed and items that were loose in my car which I mentioned to Rivan (knob for audio system). Upon getting my car home and was promised the decals would be installed at a later date, I was placed on the back burner. I called, text and attempted to resolved the issues with Rivan but to no avail. I also discovered a missing peace that they failed to cover. I then Text about the decal to find out if they were going to reimburse me but he then told me the extra was for art work and that they could not produce because the owner was in Russia. That was not the verbal agreement and I failed to see how he worded it on the receipt. Long story short, be aware of taking delivery of items paid for but job not completed. PS I gave a review on Google and he stated I did a candid review and I fail Sed to mention prep work he done before wrapping my car. If that was the case, he should have let me know what it was from the beginning instead of finessing the issue and not delivering items that he had no notions on doing. Shop around. read more

We had driven by Custom Wrap Design in North Miami many times as we are local, and every time a sexy luxury vehicle out front. I decided to reach out to Vitale, the manager, for a quote on the job. The price sounded good so we set an appointment to drop off the car. When we arrived it was obvious these guys had some high end clients being that there was a Bugatti, Ferrari, and Range Rover in shop. Even though our project was nowhere near as extensive nor expensive as those I'm sure, CWD was very welcoming and did not turn us away. When it was time to pick up the car, the results were everything we had hoped for. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because technically I didn't even get work done there. I called about a rough estimate and the gentleman who answered the phone sounded like I was calling a personal number and just woke him up. I asked if I was calling right number and he seemed out of it. When I finally did establish that I was speaking to somebody at Custome Wrap Design, I asked if he could give me an estimate on wrapping my Chrysler PT cruiser.... He didn't know what that was. He had to go online to look up what kind of car it was and then just threw a number at me. Very unprofessional. So I wouldn't even risk having my car taken care of there. read more

I was wowed by the intricate attention to detail when they invited me into the back workshop and saw how Professional of a job they do.
