Very knowledgeable and teaches meditation. It's just a piece of land with some tents and trailers but gives you a nice relaxing feel, like Zen. There are lots of trees and plants, a little creek that runs through the land and 4 levels so you can do a hike up the mountain. It felt like an escape since I was unplugged from my phone and silent for a few hours. The grounds are beautiful and the pond was my favorite view to take in the beauty of nature watching the dragonflies, bees, fish, and birds. I loved the songs, calming bells, meditative walk, and dharma talk. It was long though and my old body had to keep changing positions on the mat. I felt so relaxed and peaceful that I wished a nap was included. The translator was terrific! I enjoyed hearing about everyone's experience during the sharing opportunity (yet it was fine to pass the mic and not speak too). Then we ate a freshly prepared vegetarian meal at the end and had some free time afterwards to revisit the pond and bookstore/gift shop. Before leaving, I got a few photos after the event ended (since it would ruin the mood, be distracting to others, and defeat the purpose if phones were used during the experience.) It was a great to focus on breathing, quieting thoughts, and being present. Thanks for offering this tranquil opportunity to the public. I definitely encourage anyone who visits to make a donation if able.

There is Kuanyin statue by the gate then there is the statue of the God of Fortune by the walkway towards inside garden and the main hall. On its garden, there is a Golden statue of Kuanyin and some other gods. We saw a temple keeper and he called the monk to open the door to the main hall for us to enter and pray. There is two levels table placed different gods and there is donation box by the first table. After we pray and gave donation we stepped out and I took some pic of the garden and the Golden statue of Kuanyin. I love their garden. By the way, it is a Vietnamese Buddhist temple. The monk asked us if we spoke Mandarin and we said yes, we bowed and said thank you in Mandarin to the monk. It is a nice comfortable temple where you feel welcomed at any time of the day, of course during the temple hours.

If you're confused about where it's at, just keep doing down the road until you see the Buddhist flag and keep going up until you see the large parking spot on the right. Parking concerns? None at all! It's very large. It's very spacious here. Like said it was our first time and we were treated very warmly. They asked us to stay and eat for lunch but we said no but they kept nicely asking so we ended up staying to eat for a little. And wow! Was lunch so good! The plates were sooo big too. They were even nice to give us soup too when they said they were low on it. Thank you!

Anyone can come and pray, i always go near the kitchen and greet the monks there before praying and somehow you'll meet Ni Co Khanh she's very welcoming and generous, she'll inform you and help with any question and guide you. Some of them didn't speak english but Ni Co Khanh mostly there and would be happy to help you out. People are very welcoming and kind. Even though the language barrier but you can understand :) Anyone can come and pray anytime it's open for everyone but i would preferably to stop by near the kitchen or someone to greet first before i go inside to pray.
