I had a sewer main replacement…read morethrough Al and one of his "specialists", i.e., Robert Wright Engineering and Construction last spring. One year later, I have a sewer main back up again. Another company is here - informed me that they should have put two access points in the line rather than just one. The bigger issue is that they recommended replacing only part of the line, which has resulted in me now having to redo part of what was done last year in order to complete the remaining 3 ft of piping. This lack of information and forethought is costing me three times as much as it should have - over four thousand dollars.

When they arrived they quickly fixed the issue that we called about. They were extremely friendly and said they have over 40 years of experience. As they were about to head out the door I mentioned there were two other issues we wondered if they could check out. They happily obliged. After seeing the issues they explained what was happening and quickly fixed it and charged us no more than the original quote for the first issue! I will call them back if we have another problem as they were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and well-priced.
