Do not ever ever ever ever get this guy as your home inspector. He is not consistent. He misses…read morethings. He makes up what he wants for codes and does not abide by the state mandated building codes. We are selling our home and he said our 3 yr old roof was leaking and it is not. Because of this he scared the buyers , would not clear our roof inspection and cost us $900 in totally unnecessary repairs . He also flooded one of our bathrooms and then wrote in the inspection that we were responsible for any damage it may have caused. When we first bought our home he was the inspector. He didn't even look at the roof. When we decided to put on a new roof 9 yrs later we found roof damage and part of the roof had to be rebuilt at a cost of $20,000. If you are selling your home and they assign him to you... Run!! Make sure you get a different inspector. He is bad bad news.

This guy was a complete waste of time and money do not use him. Had to pay someone to reinspect, because after he was paid he stopped returning phone calls and emails.
