At check out, the lady asked us for the patio key, my husband told her we were told there wasn't one and never given one, she looked and said "Well, it's hanging right here." It certainly would've been handy to have all week! Service not 4 stars! Great view and location right on the beach. I love the two levels - giving views from living and bedroom. Walls, ceiling need clean up and touch up paint. Ceiling tile missing. Overall a nice and well stocked kitchen. HOWEVER, I pulled dirty dishes out of the cabinet!!! NOT cool. Extra parking across the street - though we were never told that at check in either. Their front desk people need to give more info. instead of acting like we were interrupting their computer time. There are 2 baths, 3 bed rooms, All units have a water view, Living Room, Dinning room, and full Kitchen with laundry. We had a great time. Weather the first couple days was not the best, but we went to see the town then. The rest of the time it was windy but Sunny. I was told the wind was not normally that bad. I look forward to next year. They do have a computer you can use for $2 for 30mins. Unless others are waiting for it, they will not hold you to the 30mins.

There will probably be lots of construction going on all summer in PCB area. Resort construction limited access to pool & beach, the noises (metal saws on concrete & jack hammers, cringe worthy) the only 2 sunny days of the week ran us out of the condo but usually done around 5pm. Some clanking above our room ALL NIGHT 1 night from construction cables hanging down the bldg. I wish they would've given us construction notice prior to our stay, we could've gone elsewhere or booked later in year. This corner unit (0412) 3bdrm, offers great beach views with dolphins nearly every day. It was beautifully decorated and spacious for us (6 adults) with a wrap around patio. Kitchen comes fully stocked with a blender, could use a strainer though. Extra supplies in closets such as beach toys, lawn chairs etc... Lvg room has 2 recliners and 2 coaches of which 1 unfolds into a dbl bed. The 2 king beds are high/tall but there are 2 step stools in the front living area for this, otherwise pretty comfy. The 2nd king could use a light in the closet. There are 2 blow up mattresses and pump in the master closet. The master closet is big enough for a tiny bedroom in a pinch. The patio wraps around and all bedrooms have sliding doors that open to patio. The patio furniture could use updating, as is 2 chairs fit the picnic table, 2 chairs are too tall for the table, 2 nice plastic loungers and 2 wooden old unstable loungers that really should go in trash. Beach chairs/umbrellas do NOT come with this condo as advertised. You can rent them on the beach for $40 a set/day ($30 w/ military discount) Host was ALWAYS very nice and accommodating. Host did give us a discount on the condo due to all the construction. I would've given 5 stars if not for construction. You go to the beach for rest and relaxation not construction noises. We will stay here again but we will call ahead to check for construction.

It was super clean and had all the accommodations we needed for a great stay! The Treasure Island Resort staff was so friendly and made everything super easy & smooth so we could just relax during our stay. The condo sits right on the beach with only steps away from the water. The ocean was clear and the sand was super clean! Our balcony overlooked the ocean from our bedroom & the living room area which was just breathtaking! Our condo had lights burned out, disgustingly dirty carpeting in the bedroom and rug in living room. A large, smashed dead bug on the slider shade. No lid on the trash can that is stuffed in the pantry/laundry room. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, not really enough kitchen cooking needs. When you are there 2-1/2 months we tend to cook a lot. Now mixing bowls, mixer or large pots. Goodwill was my favorite store the first 2 weeks. No vacuum cleaner. Bed was somewhat broken and mattress was flat and lumpy, including the pillows. (Owners actually ordered new mattress and pillows for us) Coat rack was loose and about to fall off the wall. One tiny dresser. We made do, but this year, we already signed a contract with Anchor Mgt. for a really beautiful condo for about the same price, but much larger, updated and fully stocked kitchen. We were able to check it out before signing up. Last winter the water went out twice for a day which is very inconvenient, so we bought 4 gallons of water at Publix. Our only issue is that we signed a contract which included a 1 time Pet Fee then the same day our first installment for the first month was charged to our credit card, the Pet Fee was changed to $150 every month. Complained as others have, but to no avail. Great location and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

They said that it was only down for an hour, which was not true Bed...worst mattress ever. Sinks!! placing a topper on top of a bad mattress does not make it better Bedroom: closets and drawers...let's just say we did not place our clothes there. Just left them in the suitcase Sofa: super uncomfortable and dated Patio chairs: one was broken ( crack)and both were hard, no cushions TVs: size of my computer monitor...actually smaller. Guest Bathroom: you would not like to shower in that shower and toilet was extremely low . We did an August stay in a 14th floor unit. The past couple of years, we stayed down the beach…read moretowards St. Andrews - we thought we'd mix it up this year and try something else. Our youngest had been dealing with light sensitivity and migraines, so the indoor pool was a factor for us. Reserving the unit was easy. Check-in was fast and simple. One thing that REALLY stood out here was the lack of "traffic" on Saturday when we checked in. Unlike other places that require a Saturday check in/out, Princess doesn't require that. For us, that meant no craziness and waiting for luggage carts or elevators. We were able to park in front, unload into carts, and grab an immediate elevator. I was worried being on the 14th floor (great view), but having instant elevator access was a huge boon! The unit we stayed in was just right. Nice size (2 bedroom unit) with all the right spaces (2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, nice-sized kitchen). Of course, each unit has it's own perks/issues - in this case, the kitchen could have had more utensils or storage containers. Small issues - not a factor, really. What I reall like about The Princess is the layout. The pools are on the SIDE of the building, so when you're on your balcony overlooking the beach and gulf, you don't have a noisy pool straight below you. That makes lower units more enticing - less noise. Also, the building is very close to the beach - not much for sea grass - so you can be staking your claim on the white sands without much of a trek. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed it. The game room was a nice perk, though we didn't do more than a couple games of billiards (the table was in rough shape, but playable). If weather turned nasty, it was a nice backup plan. The pools were clean and enjoyable.
