This is an absolutely great place to vacation or spend some time with friends, family or…read moresignificant other. The property is kept very clean and security are on top of things. Quiet time is from 10 to 10. The nice things about it, is there are more owners than weekly rentals. So don't have all the traffic and congestion. The pools are not overcrowded and the pool deck always has chairs available. The beach access is nice as well it is not over crowded and kept clean. The location is past all the congestion of the strip, and it is easy to get on any road and go. Pier Park with traffic was 20 mins on 98. A few notes, they don't have programs to entertain kids, there are kids but they are few younger ones. There is only 3 units per floor, which is nice. They are all big and most rooms windows face the gulf! Overall this is a great property for beach time fun with out too much of the touristy mess the other properties on the strip bring!

It ending up being something I was able to quickly fix... But the management was already knocking on our door within minutes... Seconds even. The pool was very clean..and the hot tub was hot. Our condo was beautiful...clean... No bugs...plenty of pots and pans..big screen TV.. WiFi... All made us feel at home. The management living on the property were very friendly, very attentive, and seemingly always present.. which was appreciated. We are going to make this place our annual beach vacation from now on!

Every morning we woke up to the sight of the ocean, and every evening we had front-row seats to the most breathtaking sunsets -- truly some of the best we've ever seen. The building itself was in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and fun activities, but still felt peaceful and relaxing when we were just hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view. The resort amenities were a huge bonus -- there are two beautiful pools (one of them heated), a relaxing hot tub, a fitness center, and super easy access to the beach, just steps away. The master bedroom has a private door onto the patio which was super nice! The condo was clean, and spacious. Two big bedrooms, both with King size beds gave plenty room for us to spread out and move around. The biggest bonus was the QUEEN size bunk beds! There are two pools on the property that are beachside, and the beach is easily accessible. We like the fact that there are beach chairs right there for rent and you can also rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and boat trips to Shell Island. Across the street behind Alvin's Island you can rent golf carts. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There is also a full-size washer and dryer that was great to have to wash daily beach wear. I loved the fact that the parking garage was attached with a walkway, and you didn't have to attempt crossing the busy street with all your luggage and groceries. To access this condo, there is actually another elevator located on the west end of building. Made it easier to get to and from the condo. The main elevator on the 3rd floor at the walkthrough gets really busy at check-in and check-out time. Condo is close to great shopping, eating places and Pier Park. Right across the street from Shuckums. The only issues we had with the condo were minor for the most part. The blender in the kitchen didn't work. The shower head in the guest bathroom was made so that it would not angle all the way down and would spray out of the shower onto the floor if you opened door to get in/out. the guest bedroom REALLY could use some Blackout curtains. Alvin's Island is directly across the street and their lights stay on ALL NIGHT which makes it really bright in the bedroom. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you'll never get to sleep! I actually slept on the couch one night. The biggest issue was the sliding barn door closure on the kitchen closet. It is not secured with a guide on the floor and easily comes off the track when trying to open. It even fell completely off the track once and fell over onto my granddaughter. Fortunately, it did not injure anything or break. This is the most serious issue and really needs to be fixed/secured. All in all, the condo was great, our trip was great, and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to Aqua 511 again. Couldn't ask for anything better!

I would like to start by saying, my family and I stayed at Splash 18 years ago when it was only 2…read moreyears old. Fast foward to June 2026, the property as a whole is certainly showing it's age. For the most part, poor maintenance can be observed everywhere throughout the property, but it is 20 years old. We have stayed in older properties that look new compared to this one. Let's talk about the condo we rented. First off, we actually rented one condo but ended up with another, kinda wild if you ask me (DO NOT USE AVARI TO BOOK YOUR CONDO, if you choose to stay here). We ended up with unit 803E. We booked a 2 bed/2 bath, what we stayed in was a 1 bed/2 bath. 803E was absolutely the worst condo we have ever stayed in, no exaggeration! When we walked in there was a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke and sweaty feet. We turned fans and AC on and it helped eliminate most of the odor. Let me say, I am not expecting this place to look like my house but I do not expect there to be missing paint on the wall as you walk in, a dresser somewhat misplaced at the entrance, and furniture that looks like they pulled it our of the dumpster. ALL of the furniture looks beaten, scratched and mismatched (not a huge deal but not a good first impression). What is a big deal to me, is the excessive amount of stains on ALL of the furniture. I had to wash the sheets on the bunkbeds because we found fresh BLOOD on the sheets. Hope you have worked out really well before you arrive because you will need all the upper strength you got to open and close the sliding door that leads out to the balcony. This property was opened in 2006 and this condo looks like it, I would call it a dump but I have seen dumps that are nicer than this place. The best part, in the one bedroom, they had "thrown" things in there, you know like paint cans, a fan, ironing board and broken iron, and vacuum cleaner, leaving no place to store luggage in this already small condo. The bathroom door leading into the bathroom in the one bedroom is a pocket door, it too is hard to open and close (I actually got locked in once because the lock is a little faulty, after a few minutes I was able to get it open....don't lock the door and if you do make sure you have a cellphone with you). I almost forgot the best part...there was chemicals left under the kitchen sink, in a spray bottle, and we had a 4 year old with us. Not worry, I removed them and placed them on top of the refrigerator. If you decided to rent this condo, bring your pots, pans, baking sheets (we had to go and buy our own baking sheets) because what they do have is either not enough or you might think about putting them in the rust filled dishwasher to sanitize them. We did choose to sanitize and then wash them by hand when they came out of the dishwasher. Overall, if you are wanting to stay in the PCB area avoid this property, low to no maintenance and Unit 803E is not a place you want to stay. Hope this helps make your decision a little easier.

Check out her website or find other rentals on vrbo.com The building seemed to be good shape. People were always cleaning the main areas, lots of security, and I felt safe walking around. The parking garage is across the street but there is a covered walkway for easy access in and out. Biggest plus for us - they had TONS of luggage carts available. There was never a shortage of carts. So carrying in the condo was super easy. The beach is easily accessible and the east pool was heated daily to 85 degrees. For early March, that was perfect. You can't beat the view from any of these units. Walkable distance to pier park mall and the big pier.
