The instructors try to be inclusive and are consistent (meaning they teach more than one class every week). They all have a wide range of dance experience and you will not be disappointed by their expertise. You will not find difficulty joining or building a community as there are a lot of regulars from the area that are nice. The building itself is spacious and rental prices seem to be good as well (minimum starting price is $20 an hour). The different spaces they have varies between 4 rooms (Warehouse and Studios A/B/C). There is a small lot and if that's full, there is a decent amount of street parking. It's close to the freeway entrance and plenty of food and other attractions around the area. However, with some positives also comes some areas to improve upon. With the limited parking and street parking, I would recommend coming at least 10-15min early to make sure you can arrive on time to class. Their system tends to be slow at times and you may miss the first 3-10 minutes of class trying to look for parking or wait due to slow check in times. The other focus is the variety of dance classes (in terms of competency levels and styles of dance). It seems that this studio focuses more on hip-hop, Salsa, and Contemporary classes being the most accessible (sprinkled with a couple of jazz, heels, and k-pop once a week). They have the same round of teachers and it would be nice to try different dance styles and genres. This studio definitely can continue to upgrade and grow more! The small class sizes mean personal attention and getting to know fellow students. The environment is supportive while also enourgaging you to challenge yourself. Classes are so imaginative and educational -- Ms Liz brings in fun props, books, etc. to make each class unique and engaging. It's so much more than a dance class -- we learn about different traditions, holidays, and cultures. She is an incredible teacher; she makes sure every child gets a chance to shine in the class. She is one of the most patient and understanding teachers we've had! My daughter has a lot of energy so we enroll her in a number of activities but Ms Liz is by far her favorite teacher. :) At the end of the spring session, she coordinated a small recital with costumes which was super cute and a wonderful experience. this is the most greedy yoga studio i have ever been to, there is no reason to overbook this badly…read more i was new to this studio so when i first got there i went into the wrong room to wait. i wasn't told where to go or anything about the studio, but the front desk ladies were kind so i dont fault them at all. when i realized it was getting later and it was still pretty sparse, i asked them which room to go to and they directed me to the right one. it was beyond packed to where you could barley open the door. i stood there awkwardly with my mat and tried to find a space but there was nothing. the instructor asked everyone to make space but no one moved because they couldnt, everyones mats were basically riding on top of eachother, everyone was pushed up to their neighbors on the sides and in front. the instructor began anyways so i left after awkwardly waiting for another minute scanning the room for another space. it wouldn't have been an enjoyable experience anyways considering how packed it was and it being a heated class. i don't know how anyone had any room to do their moves. i was having a hard day and just wanted to do something nice for myself, and after looking for parking for 30 minutes, and commuting just to have to leave i was very disappointed. i don't understand how they are allowed to operate this way.

They also have a water and tea station, along with a charging station, electrolytes and a rotating soup and juice from Sparkles. There are 3 studios and times of classes vary. Now it is highland park and parking can be tricky especially if there is a filming crew nearby so just prepare for that so you don't have to rush.
