This is GENUINE Mexican food. I was dubious because of the combination-cuisine thing. We order sandwiches from here regularly. They are always consistently good. We also order fries with cheese and delicious onion rings. My husband ordered the chimichangas and said they were delicious with a fresh salad. We've had the pizza- it's not as good as the sandwiches and pizza, but it's ok. Amazing service and food! I ordered chicken quesadillas and the portion sizes were very generous, the price was very reasonable, and the flavor was to die for! The ambiance is amazing with a very family centered atmosphere. You can tell everything there is made with love. I used to eat here when they were located in Avalon, and I was so glad to see they were still open when they moved! Oof! Just not very good. Food quality is on the low end. The chopped beef was not very good, with a good amount of it being hard and unable to eat. The tacos were tiny and not expected for the price. After having eaten here several more times, I can safely say that the only thing worth getting here is their cheesesteak lunch special. Everything else is sadly just a little too overpriced for their quality. Their onion rings were undercooked and soggy, and while the chicken tenders were okay, they came in a paper bag. Also got very few tenders for costing me a little over eight dollars. My roommate tried their chicken cheesesteak and was baffled that the meat was minced into cubes until they realized they were just reusing the taco meat for the cheesesteak. The garlic bread is just hoagie rolls that have been toasted and had garlic butter slathered on. If you need a quick bite, grab their lunch specials. Everything else is a pass. read more

First time - Honest Review: I ordered the house nachos (beef) and a side of pizza fries. To start, the portions were great! The fries could of been a meal of their own. I'd give the fries a 3 star, portion size was more than enough but they could of used more sauce and maybe some seasoning. The nachos blew me away and deserve a 5 star all day. We went to this restaurant last evening and ordered Mexican food. The food was good and the service was excellent. Called for food to be delivered this evening. The whole family ordered because we raved about it. Two of the items we ordered were wrong. The pizza was half toppings and half cheese. We ordered full toppings as it said on their ticket. The other order has the house Stromboli. It had no ham and couple of thin slices salami. It had a lots of black olives.( There were no olives listed on the menu). He insisted that he put lots of ham on it and the olives come with the it. He then snapped that we need to take our business elsewhere and hung up on me. My husband called him and asked did you mean to hang up on my wife? He hung up again. Wow must be having a bad day. Really disappointed. read more
