We selected Trees Are Us. The estimate process was easy-peasy. The pricing was very good. There were challenges of not killing a property line fence and access to one tree that needed serious work. Ronnie (Crew Chief), his deputy Miguel, and the rest of the crew arrived in a timely fashion on the cited date, with company notification via phone when they were enroute. Ronnie is super responsible, technically knowledgeable and his crew was very hard working. Ronnie and Miguel demonstrated that TAU has people with high level skill sets. The work done was superb. Nothing damaged and the post job cleanup was (no exaggeration) better than any of the Durham work done by other companies.
