My personal trainer has been AMAZING and she takes into account my condition and past injuries to create our workouts. I could barely walk after the first session but now five months later I can do proper squats without pain. My end goal isn't to be the strongest person at the gym but to build up my body to be able to do every day functions again. Every session I attend is my physical therapy.
