This review is for today only - Labor Day. I know some businesses are closed on Labor Day and I…read morechecked Yelp before packing my grandchildren into the car and driving to this UPS store. According to Yelp store hours, the store showed that it was open today. When we got to the store I saw a customer walking away from the ups store, with a box, to her car. There was a sign lit up in the window that said open, but they were closed. There was not one single indication that they were closed. As a matter of fact, all indications showed that they were OPEN. This shows a lack of responsibility, and lack of courtesy for the public. I suggest, for future holidays, updating Yelp store hours. turning the open sign OFF, and perhaps leave a note on the door informing customers that you are closed for the day ie., sorry we missed you, etc. I was inconvenienced and so was the lady who was walking away from the store to her car when I arrived. The UPS Store is about convenience and that's what keeps people coming back. PS. I find the people who work here to be nice and usually helpful.
