They will leave you stranded with no gas to heat your home or cook your food even if your home is entirely reliant upon gas. Even when given a generous notification that gas is needed at a home (well before a winter storm is supposed to happen), they will not show up to deliver the gas that has already been paid for. When informed that this was for a home where small children live, they will laugh at you and inform you that you are not the only person with children needing gas. Even though they have had over a week to deliver the gas and have no reason for it not being delivered other than that they don't care. Pathetic excuses for humans, let alone a business.
