Said that cops wouldn't do anything since it's private property. I know this as it's ghetto west Memphis! But she wouldn't even look at the camera for me. Super horrible attitude. You couldn't get service if you were waving hundred dollar bills. It took 10 mins just to get a seat at the bar (they were dead), almost 15 mins to have someone take my order, and the rest of the time I was there I never saw any waiters again (They must have all been outside smoking). I couldn't find anybody to refill my tea and had to hunt someone down just to get my check. Paying the bill was a whole fiasco in itself. The cashier was dumber than my 6 year old who is in kindergarten! Not to mention that the patrons and employees in the Denny's were so ghetto, I was embarrassed for them. How could any self respecting human act like that? All in all I will NEVER go back to that Denny's!!!!!

In first part of December had all utilities turned on. Suburban propane charged an $80.00 unlock fee. In middle of March (3 months later) Suburban propane sent a bill for the propane that was left in tank. So I called. 1. Woman said they refunded previous owner (lie, previous owner said they apparently filled tank after he moved). 2. This was explained to office worker (woman claimed to be office supervisor) at Suburban propane. 3. Woman explained we were on auto fill (so it was a current bill) they just filled tank she said. Nope tank wasn't filled. Explained we just took picture of gage. Try again. 4. Woman then got upset and flustered, then changed story to, it was filled over a year ago, no one was billed, they had to put lock on it. She went on to say, we used it so we need to pay for it. She is right we used it, so we did pay for it. However, I felt like I should get $80. lock out fee back. It wasn't my fault they had to lock tank, this mess is on them. I paid a little over $200 for propane which they put in tank without authorization from home owner at that time- yes he cancelled service. Previous owner said they were supposed to pick up tank. They could've kept this customer, just by telling truth, instead of making up stories. This company is shady and dishonest, if you don't like first lie, they keep telling them. avoid!
