We Had to remove doors, make a sidewalk ramp, push by hand and in a tight complicated space.... If I was him I would have kept the deposit and left, it was hassle to make it work and he made it happen. A short delivery turned into a 2.5 hour laborious ordeal. 5 stars for experience and service.
