If there are exceptions to regular specials, especially on a day that might bring in more customers, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time. It doesn't make sense to remove happy hour entirely without offering any alternative promotions--if anything, I would expect more incentives on a day like this. We ended up leaving without ordering because the experience started off on the wrong foot. Disappointing, especially since this has been a go-to spot for us in the past.

Clearly they are able to make exceptions for people that look a certain way, and not for others. We had a party of 15 inside; they charged them 10 for water without mentioning to them that there is a cost. Overall, while I understand that rules are rules. It is clear that the security and management only make these rules for certain people.
