I often don't read reviews either as in this day and age they often aren't worth believing - good reviews or bad ones you often find the company themselves put the good reviews and competitors put the bad ones and the odd customer that is never happy with anything write the bad reviews also. Back to the point, personally you wouldn't find a more helpful, honest and welcoming business than this one.

On top of that my bank was a tad slow on making the change at their end. Upshot is that £16 was erroneously paid to the old company. I see no sign of a refund in my bank statements. The new company, although very closely aligned to the old, has been very politely chasing me for money already paid. Today I said to send the man round when he was next in the area and I would give him £16, which I do not feel I owe. I have also told D and G I no longer want them to clean my windows. For the sake of £16 they have lost a long time customer who always pays. Not it seemed, from their manner on the phone that they much cared. 5 stars for politeness. 3 stars for the actual cleaning. 1 star for looking after long term clients.

Lee has provided telephone and text support when my hot water failed and showed me how to reset the boiler thermostat - my fault because I had the hot water turned up too much and the system shut down as a protection.
